1. Warranty Coverage​

A. Balanx EMS Training Hub

BalanX Technologies (“we,” “our”) warrants that your

​​BalanX EMS Training hub will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ​​12 months​​ from the date of original purchase.

​What’s Covered:​​

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty wiring, non-functional electrodes)
• Hardware malfunctions (e.g., battery/power issues)
• Material defects (e.g., suit seam failures)

​​What’s Not Covered:​​

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., fabric stretching)
• Software issues (unless caused by hardware defects)
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers

B. Balanx EMS Training Suit

We stand behind the quality of our EMS Suit and offer a ​​30-day return window​​ from the date of delivery:

​​What’s Eligible:​​

✅ ​​Unused, unwashed suits​​ with original tags and packaging
✅ ​​Defective items​​ (e.g., broken seams, manufacturing flaws)
✅ ​​Full refund or exchange​​ (customer’s choice)

​​What’s Not Eligible:​​

❌ Worn, washed, or altered suits
❌ Damage from misuse (e.g., excessive stretching, improper care)
❌ Returns initiated after 30 days

C. Balanx EMS Training Set

Please refer to the A(Hub) and B(Suit) part, if either of them need warrant

2. Limitations & Exclusions​​

• ​​Warranty is non-transferable​​ (valid only for the original purchaser).
• ​​Replacement products​​ inherit the remaining warranty period.
• ​​No refunds​​: Warranty claims result in repair/replacement only.
• ​​International customers​​: Shipping fees may apply for returns.

​​3. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties​​

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some states/countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
